Carael Group, LLC provides seminars and workshops on topics such as
Reducing Test Anxiety
Ever feel nauseated, flushed, shaky, sweaty, dizzy, panicky just before a test? Do you worry about taking your next test? Would you like to learn how to reduce your anxiety and/or worry? This workshop will give you helpful tools that you can use to change those negative thinking patterns into something positive and can assist you with reducing those unwanted panicky feelings. We also offer one-to-one coaching for individuals who have difficulties in a group setting.
In today's climate of cultural difference, it is important to be able to discuss race and cultural differences in a safe, and nuturing environment. At Carael Group, LLC our workshop allows you the opportunity to put yourself in the "other persons shoes". By experiencing what it feels like to be a person from a different culture than the one we were born into, allows us the opportunity to be more empathic and sympathic with each other. Our goal with this workshop is to raise consciousness, understanding and hopefully increase awareness.
Reducing Public Speaking Anxiety
According to the Wall Street Journal, public speaking is the number one fear in America. We offer public speaking workshops to high schools and colleges because, Carael Group, LLC realizes that it is in these early years that public speaking anxiety is most intense. Our workshop uses techniques that will engage the audience and participant in gradually building a connection. Our goal is a simple one, which is to help reduce the fear of public speaking.
Educational Workshops on Substance Abuse
The increase of drugs in our society is at epidemic proportions. Students in high school and college have been misinformed about the effects of these drugs on their developing minds and bodies. Our workshops are conducted in a judgment free environment, to encourage open and honest discussions that will allow the participants to speak freely and voice their experience. At Carael Group, LLC our goal is to educate the participant so that they can make educated choices about their future.
