Mrs. Latonia D. Staten, the CEO and founder of Carael Group, LLC states, “it’s what we believe about ourselves that dictates what we tell ourselves resulting in a behavior change. If we believe we are not good enough, then we won’t be (at anything) and our behavior will begin to reflect that belief. However, if we change the messages (beliefs) we tell our brains then we start to change our behavior in more positive ways thus creating a life that is renewed and empowered”, which is the message of Carael Group, LLC.
The word Carael is an acronym for Creating A Renewed And Empowered Life. This acronym was chosen so that you, the client, can decide what an empowered life can look like during and after your work with us. We believe that you are the expert of your own life. What that means to Carael Group, LLC is that we weren't there in your formative years, watching the events or circumstances unfold that have played both negative and positive roles in shaping your life. However, we are here, right now to assist you with rewriting some of the old scripts and behaviors which may be the obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward in life.
You may be a young adult who is struggling with the new role of adulthood and struggling to figure out exactly what that means, or you are an adult who is dealing with the new role of college student after being away from college for several years and are trying to make time management decisions that just don't seem to be working. Or you are dealing with anxiety which heightens when taking tests and have come up short with finding assistance in this area. Or you may be someone who is seeking an Academic Coach. Whatever your situation, we are here to assist you.
At Carael Group, LLC we use three components that interact closely with each other; the client, the therapeutic and coaching staff, and community resources when appropriate. By using a collaborative approach we are able to provide you with an assessment which can determine if you would benefit from coaching or therapy and in some cases may refer you to someone who is better suited to meet your needs. Our goal, at Carael Group, LLC is consider what you need and take the necessary steps to help you reach your goal of getting the life that you want.
Unfortunately, we can not make guarantees about getting all of the things you may want in your life; however, there are a few things we can provide you with. We provide you with caring, compassionate, understanding and expert professionals who are trained in therapy and coaching that may be able to assist you with finding some relief for your struggles, if you are willing to do the work. We stand by our message of helping you change. Whether the change is monumental or slight, we know that a change will occur if you put in the time, effort and work to make that happen.
